I went to a Janome Event at LQS today. I wanted to check out the different sewing machines.. I had no idea we would be making a cute little project. They wanted to show us what you could do with the decrotive stitches. This was my first time sewing something decrotive so some of the rows are alittle off. But I absolutley fell in LOVE with the 6600 hundred I was using.. I really really want one. Now to just talk the DH into it.

Gee I didn't know my Janome 6000P could do such pretty stitches. They just look so plain on the machine, and then when you sew them out they are great looking.
I have several sewing and embroidery machines, but a year ago when I was getting my Pfaff CV hubby was wandering all over the store and liked the way the Janome was made. Well, a week later I had to go back to pick up something and he asked me if I wanted the Janome and its table. Who was I to say no. Have to admit, I LOVE LOVE LOVE that machine. I use it for piecing all the time, and the Janome feet are so reasonable.

I got my 6600 last year and OMG Janie is wonderful! I also, like someone said took dh with me to look at the mechanics of the machine and this is the one he was impressed with.

When I got my Designer SE, first thing I did was stitch out all the fancy stitches on a solid piece of material so I'd know exactly what they looked like. (Looks kind of like the back of your clutch.) Very helpful when trying to decide which stitch to use on your projects.

Love the clutch.
