My daughter and I appliqued and pieced this while she was visiting over Thanksgiving week. We completed the top in three days - what fun.....Since she left I used a design off my sewing machine and tack quilted the background, sashing and border.......

That is as cute as can be! Made even more special that your DD helped make it! I love nutcrackers, so if you get tired of it, I'll gladly take it off your hands!! LOL. Very striking colors, too!
