I like the yellow BUT .. think the eye stays with it too long. How about a bit of the dark blue.. and then a very small amount of the yellow and also try the light blue...so you are comparing both as you have the dark blue finish border..... lay it out that way and see what happens????

Yellow is my choice

If you were making it for me, I would prefer the yellow. Either will look good.

Use a 1" inner border, and a 5-6" black or Brown outer border. I know you didn't mention these colors, but they would go with the quilt far better than either the light blue or dark blue.

To me the yellow takes over and is too bright. Love the inside of the quilt.
