I made this patriotic quilt top to donate to my local volunteer fire dept. for their annual fundraiser. I just need some ideas about the quilting design - I have a longarm but I am still learning - I was thinking about stars with loopy doops or large meander - just wondering if someone had any other ideas. Thanks for your input.

I did a quilt of valor and my longarm volunteer did stars and stripes-could you somehow incorporate that? It looks really cool!

That looks wonderful - could you post another pic showing a little more - I like that.

The pattern is from the American Patchwork & Quilting magazine Feb 2011 issue - called Row by Row.
