I STILL CAN'T FIGURE THIS PICTURE POSTING OUT!! HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE RESOLUTION?

The software you use for pictures or photo editing has a "save-as" or "properties" setting where you can change sizes and resolution. If you really get stuck, another one of us can post for you.
