I'm working on a Texas Tech quilt for my dh. I've never done a quilt with embroidered blocks before. I ordered the embroidered blocks and pieced the rest. The blocks are 12.5" and I know they'll have to have something in them. Do I quilt over the embroidery or around it...or just tie it? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

what a nice quilt! I think I would just stipple in the area around the embroidery but not over it.

I agree with Cathy either stipple around or go around the design to make it pop!!!
Nice quilt.

Thanks everyone for your input. I may see if I can find someone to quilt it for me here. I've only ever done stitch in the ditch. I don't know how to stipple :( and I'd hate to ruin the quilt. This is my first keeper. I'm pretty excited. Even dh has taken an interest in it since he knows it's for him :-) .
