Hello All!

So as most of you know, my sewing machine broke :(
This is the quilt I was working on when it broke. I had almost completed attaching the binding to the front when it broke so I had to complete the binding by hand.

This was made with the Tube Quilting method.

This was a Christmas gift for my manager. She absolutely LOVED...which was a big relief since I was worried whether or not she would like it. She is really encouraging and knows all about all of my crafty endeavors. She even figured out that this was the quilt I was working on when my machine broke! LOL

Well..without futher ado..here are the pictures :)

Awesome quilt, and I am so happy that you were able to complete it in time even if it did break your machine,

Where did you get your backing material? Who made it? I think it so pretty.

sylvia77 12-28-2009 05:10 PM

Sandpat, I noticed you have a horse for your picture. Do you own horses? I owned two for about 16 yrs and I just love horses.

Gorgeous quilt. Sorry about your machine. Can you get it fixed?

Stitchnripper 12-29-2009 07:45 AM

Really nice. Tubes are on my list for the new year.

Sugarpumpkin 12-29-2009 09:04 AM

Its not worth it to fix it. It would cost the same amount to fix it as it would to get a new one. So Im just going to get a new one! I already know what I want. So now I just have to sell my serger to pay for the new machine.
Unfortunately I don't have a backup machine.

All the fabric is from Jo-Ann.

Thank you for your kind comments :)
