How did you make the flowers "poufy" stand out like that?

I use a layer of Hobbs Wool batting layered over the cotton batt. I love how it fills out the quilting, and it's lighter than air. It's also pricey, but works great to define the quilting!

If ever you make a pattern for the quilt, i have sold three for you already :)
