My daughter designed a poster for a quilt show three years ago, and I finally finished a quilt inspired by her design. I think the quilt is adorable, hanging on my sewing room wall next to the poster. The posters were distributed to over 100 quilt shops throughout the state, and she was thrilled to see her artwork displayed in a shop 2 hours from home.

This is such an accomplishment, wow. Makes me wonder if I can ever come close to being a good quilter, all new to me. You are a busy lady and with triblet girls, wow, lots of quilters in family now......
Can you explain how u got your signature to be the same color as the background and not a big white square behind it, would like to have mine show like yours??? Keep quilting and I am going to try and post my first machine quilt I did for my GD last July, 2010. I do not think to bad for my first so look for it.......enjoy quilting! Shar |
