thanks everybody. I took a break from my schoolwork to do this. I was feeling a bit down because my first assignment for one of my classes has to be rewritten. So I did this to boost myself back up and remind me that I can do anything. Might sound lame but I am hoping it works. I have to have this rewrite done by tomorrow midday.

Well they arent all matched up...but I am getting better and better at getting them to match up. I had to stop with the rewrite for the night because my brain was getting to tired from all that critical thinking....LOL :)

Love the colors and the scrappy look..... so me and obviously you.... Can't wait to see it done!

Thanks Sharon! Well I didn't use a pattern. All i did was put some HST's together and then some squares in a 4 patch. Very simple.
Yes I am going to put another border on it. Some more HST's I am thinking. And then another border of just squares.

Very nice. Not to change the subject BUT you all do such good work in the photos you display of your work How do I go about doing this.. Is there a software that I can purchase? What kind of camera do I need etc.? Oh I am so NEW at all this. I have been reading and following along that I finally decided to try to get in on it all. Thanks for any help or suggestions. LOL
