AWESOME, I never thought of using adding machine paper.... CLEVER idea. I use old yellow pages... always wondered what to do with the old one, now I have a use for them.. :)

you are using the paper as a foundation so the little pieces will lay flat and straight

Yes but most adding machine paper is pretty "cheap" and comes off easily...I steam press it and it practically falls off

Try one block or strip before cutting a bunch! Fax paper is heat-sensitive and turns black when ironed....or at least, mine did a few years ago. Scared me to death! Just do a little testing before you use it.....please! :)

Check the tutorial I did on string piecing on adding machine paper..it makes a super foundation for the string piecing for things like borders and strips etc 3" wide or less
