I have been off of quilting since July with a torn rotator cuff but I wanted to post the last picture quilt that I did. This quilt was made for another nice lady on the board. I have met so many nice people since I joined.

Peggy Jeanne 01-19-2013 08:16 AM

I am amazed at your work, it is stunning!

cuppi duke 01-19-2013 08:18 AM

Oh I have seen your work and it is wonderful. I couldn't do what you do either but I think we are all artists in our own way. Thank you though.

You really do awesome work!! Hope you heal quickly!!!!!!

Wonderful. You really do awesome work and you have perfected the eyes. Is the grass going up the leg threadplay? Perfect effect. Would love to see how this compares to the photo you worked off of.

Edited to ask, do you also use some sort of fabric paints for the shading?

cuppi duke 01-19-2013 08:59 AM

Unfortunately, I must have deleted the phote. Hopefully she might be looking and will post the photo.

I hope your shoulder heals well. I hurt my shoulder last spring and it is finally better. I lived through it with my iPad because I couldn't do much else. Wonderful Boxer rendition!

Hope you heal quickly, although 6 months does not sound quick, but someone with your talent needs to be doing it. Love this quilt, looks like a photo. Take care.
