My dear aunt gave me a quilt BOM kit for Harvest Spice. I'm a novice so she's going to have to help me a lot, but I'd love to see your pics if you have completed this quilt!

I think my aunt also purchased it at the Dallas show a few years ago.
The floral wreaths are panels. I'm anxious to get started on it. She is going to have to help me a lot and teach me a lot, but I have in my mind that after it is all finished and quilted, I'll give it to her unexpectedly. |

Here's one that I did for a customer a few years ago. She really enjoyed piecing this quilt for her mother... and I really enjoyed quilting it! :D

We did it as a BOM at LQS a few years ago. There are many of them finished in Western NY. My top is done but I don't really have a use for it. If my DS ever gets married and wants it I will finish it and have it quilted.
The designer is Nancy Davis Murty, who designs for Andover Fabris. She lives near here and we had her in the LQS for a trunk show. I figure there are so many of them in this area that they will have them on Antiques Roadshow in 20 years saying this was a popular design. |
