Well before I got so rudely interupted by the phone ringing which woke up my son from his nap I was sewing! I got these three blocks done today. Hopefully I will be able to work more on it tonight! I hope my "fake" scrap stash lasts long enough to get all the blocks done.

I was trying to match up the points and it just wasn't happening, I looked at these quilts all over the net and I seen only one or two out of the "hundreds" that I looked at actually matched up. I figured I was fighting a losing battle so I decided to make it kind of wonky and I will not feel bad when it doesn't match up PERFECTLY!

I love what you are doing with your spider webs! This is one of the first things I learned to do 30 years ago. They have always fascinated me! I have never seen them done with the white angle before. Really great!

I do a lot of strip work and the thing I like about it is you can match or not match depending on what you want it to look like.

You are doing a great job with these! What is it going to become?

This is really cool! I think it's a good thing you don't see many on the internet. That makes your more unique!

This is really cute. My husband told me to quit trying to be perfect. After all, it's folkart. In folkart everything is perfect, especially the 'mistakes'.
