Stunning! How do you get all those curves? Paper piecing always makes me cringe!

Such a beautiful quilt...... and the paper piecing is great.....
I can say you have better luck with paper piecing then I do.... sure don't know what I do wrong. Just tried paper piecing last night what a mess.
Would you please come give this old gal lessons.........
