This is my first Ribbon Weave quilt. I have since pieced 2 more and have 2 more in various stages for my class.

Beautiful! I have a stack and whack book and was considering this for my first whack at one (;-) )
Yours is great, maybe I can get up the courage to try...if I knew it would come out as nice as yours!

It's all in the fabric you choose. The orientals with alot of color and movement w/large florals are great!

wow, that's a great looking quilt, must be a lot of cutting and piecing. Not there yet in my quilting nerve. I like the easy to understand patterns with not too much piecing, working on my qtr seam and points. New to quilting only 3 years. Get braver which each quilt I make.

Thanks for the hint.

Hi, Believe it or not this can be done by beginners.Other than the triangles and one border there is only one size strip for the blocks . 6 - 2 x 9.5 inch strips makes 1 9.5 inch block. It's all straight stitching. Prep work, layering and cutting, for this quilt shouldn't take more than 4 hours total. Anne
