A stitch not in time
 

I wanted to make a baby quilt and bag for the nurse that takes excellent care of my son (he and his wife were expecting in January). I wanted to give it to him on Monday but I got a text last night at 7:15 while I was sewing on the binding that the baby was here already! Anyway I finished it last night--I lost that race, lol. Shade your eyes--it's bright!

I want to thank those that responded to my previous post regarding a diaper bag pattern. All the suggestions were great and I'll be making each one of them for my future baby gifts, right now I'm anxiously waiting for my niece to announce her pregnancy. She wants a baby so badly!

That's is just the cutest set I've seen in a long time.. I have a new grand baby coming in May and my daughter wants me to make different diaper bags and quilts to match each one.. (oh, ok dear) lol I love that bag.. would you share the pattern? We will find out what shes having on Jan 2nd...
