Very impressive! It looks great - your points are excellent. I really like the way you did the square in a square with one dark green triangle. I've always done all four corners the same. I like this variation a lot.

Quit picking on that block! It looks really good to me, and should find some friends and get into a quilt.

I think it would be pretty with a border and then framed in a photo frame then hung on the wall! Sure is a pretty little thing. Thanks for sharing.

I LOVE this block. Its been on my list since I first started quilting..as soon as I catch up I'm making one for myself. =)

I might be able to do it better now - I sure have learned things since I made it - but I'm still proud of that block!

agreed...the back is a good way to see what went wrong...what to do differently.

i would be proud of it to. i did the same thing with some left over blocks. then thought it so pretty...put it in a frame to use as my "warm up piece" when i hand quilt. work out the stiffness from arthritis. it is turning out so pretty, but in my excitement ( had a brainstorm for quilt motif/thread color idea) forgot to put a border on it.

moral of the story ...lollollol...make a pillow out of it but don't forget the border!
