I am experimenting with the "Twister" tool. The after result looks very different from the before. Preety neat little tool although there is some fabric wasteage. I am wondering how I should quilt these.

This was made from a tool called "Twister by CS Designs" . It comes in two sizes for use with 5 inch or 10 inch blocks. You sew the blocks together and then cut out squares using this tool. It creates a pinwheel effect. Others on this board have done them. Search "twister" and you will see some very nice examples.

It is so cool - the second design looks like a wreath - oooo the possibilities. Where did you discover the twister and let us know more please.

Terrific results
I've had both Twisters for a long time
Never used
You've inspired me
Thanks

I'd quilt the inner border on the outside, around the outer edge of the pinwheels and around the outer edge of the white pinwheels.
I can't tell the size, but if necessary, I'd put a design in the center of the white space.
