"Under the sea" Fons and Porter pattern finished completely
I got the hand quilting finished, machine meandered the border, wrapped it all up and gave it to my daughter and her husband for Christmas/Wedding present. In opening the packing tape holding box shut, the tip of the very sharp scissors scored a three inch mark across one of the big blue squares and one of the small squares. i managed to unsew the small one and replace it with another by hand, and then appliqued a piece of the blue over the blue. The pictures are large because they are copies of what she posted on her FB. I did three different hand quilting designs.

They learned not to open taped packages with scissor blades. :( Thankfully Mom quilters can fix quilt mistakes :)
