I found laser cut plastic doily coasters at Urban Outfittters that look wonderful under the cupcake pincushion. They cost $6 for 4, so you would only want these for a BFF or yourself !

very pretty, for your not so bff's you can use a laundry detergent cap around the ridge I just put ribbon,

Is it in a silicone cupcake liner? ANd do you glue it in?
Really cute! Is there a tutorial somewhere? |
It looks so yummy!

Very pretty cupcake Dotty; Jeannie's idea below of using detergent caps instead of patty tins might reduce cost. Plastic lids off jars could also be used  Thanks for idea
|
I love reusing all those jar lids. Maybe make mini fruit cakes for Christmas novelties?
