Does this look familiar to anyone? It was amongest the sewing items my mom found at her house.

if you look in between the rollers... it does not go all the way thru for cutting

it is solid in the middle part and slits on the roller sides

It almost looks like a type of rotary cutter or scissors sharpener of sorts but I haven't a clue but I am sure someone will come along and tell you what it is. :)

I can read "Made in China" on it but I haven't a clue. Looks like a wrapping paper cutter to me. I used to have a green thing that looked somewhat similar it and it cut wrapping paper. Hmmm???

There doesn't appear to be any sharp sides or angles on this,,, just the roller bars n both sides

It looks like one of those cutters that help cut the edges of clamshell packageing so it can be opened with ease.
