I was given this and I'm unsure what to do with it. I thought I'd make a rail fence by adding two or three coordinating fabrics.

But what else? I have quite a lot of it.

Ideas?

your fence rail idea sounds good, if you have enough you could also use it to bind the quilt. How wide is the strip?

Use it for making string blocks, binding, scrappy blocks, crazy quilt blocks, trims, etc.

Wow, what fabric print - whatever it will be, it is going to be beautiful!

Is it suitable for OBW?

I thought OBW needed to be big pieces of fabric...at least squares. ?? I don't know, but I don't really care for OBW (at least not yet).

I think that using it in crazy blocks would be a great idea. I could even do a themed quilt by using this strips once in each block and using colors that coordinate as I use my scraps (which are many).

Could also be sashing (it looks subtle enough)...very cool find..let us know what you decide.

Well, for sure I'll do a rail fence. I started cutting the coordinating colors today...but it is such an easy pattern...need to get busy!
