So this fabric called to me at Walmart. And at $2.50/yard you can't go wrong! I only bought about two yards of each so not enough to really make anything big. I didn't want to fuss with a pattern, so I just went with the old stand by! lol
Somehow in finishing it, the top came out a little wrinkly between ties, and the back is all weird, but you know what? It's mine and I don't have to be perfect! lol It's just cozy and will keep me warm. The back is material I had in my stash. I didn't have enough of anything that would co-ordinate, so I went with ladybugs...strange, but oh well. What do you think? |
Not strange.. one side for spring and the other for summer  Very pretty fabric ! Great Job

I'm new at this, and so far all I have are 'wonky' squares  I really like your choice of material. Loving the lavender! I wish our Walmart still had fabric.
Good job! |
Thanks guys! I slept under it last night (put it ontop the exsisting covers!) and it's definitely a keeper...kept me warm!

I think it's wonderful. There is nothing better than sleeping under something you made. I love the quilts on my bed.
