...I am. I just finished my redwork Christmas quilt, thanks to our quilt guild's UFO challenge. I started this in June 2004, so it's only taken me 7 years to complete, LOL. I love to take redwork with me when I travel so, I took these blocks with me while we visited Ireland, Scotland, England, and France, Canada, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Missouri, Kansas, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Utah, California, and Hawaii. Because they are Santas from around the world and I worked on them around the world, how could I name it anything but "Round the World Santas?" I am also a tole painter and have painted quite a few of these Santas. Now I just can't wait for Christmas to come so I can throw it on my couch. Thanks for looking!
I'm going to try to add more than 3 pictures...wish me luck. I've done pictures before, can't figure out why these aren't attaching. I'll keep trying. before the green binding |
Hon, don't preview them first.

Well, not Christmas themed items, but I've started on christmas gifts. I still probably won't be finished in time, the first gift throw I made, I liked it so much that decided to keep for me!

Still trying but sometimes my computer comes back with a message that it couldn't connect. So maybe it's something to do with the computer. Who knows.... |
I have made one Christmas gift other than that...a birthday gift, mothers day, my guestroom, ottamon quilt...another birthday quilt. I will do a few Christmas quilts starting in Oct. I am trying to make sure I make quilts for me and the hubby during the spring and fall.

I am; just started. went to Hancock of Paduca in June and brought it out, maxed out my Credit card there, but it was worth it. so yesterday stated my Christmas quilt.
|
I had promised to help upload the photos showing more details and then took too long to do it.
This is a lovely quilt. I'll bet it's even more of a knockout in person! |
Beautiful!

It's a lovely quilt. Where did you get your Santa patterns?

I absolutely Love this quilt.

Thank you so much to Patrice for helping me get these pictures posted. My files were too huge to post. I think I've figured out now how to make them smaller after my dear husband worked for hours. But it looks really complicated to minimize them each time. I didn't have this problem before, but the pictures I posted were from a camera that was only 4.5 mega pixels. Now my camera is a 10 mega pix. Is that the difference? Does anyone else have this problem. If so, I'd love to know what you do to fix it.
