Here are some YoYos that I made into ornaments using the mini ornaments you can buy at Joann Fabrics. They usually have 12 minis to a cardboard package for under $2.

Those are just too cute.

What size circle did you use? They are very cute.

I used 5" circles. The nice thing about the ornaments is they come with their hanging string already attached so I don't have to worry about attaching anything the the YoYo except the ornament. They work up so fast with the glue gum and lots of cute fabric scaps in holiday patterns.
I made 400 of them and donated them to one of the schools in my district so they little children can sell them at their craft sale around the holidays. I have 200 more made and once I have a total of 500 more I will take them over as well. Got a great deal after the holidays last year on the minis. |
they are so cute i love yoyos

No stuffing inside but you could if you want them to be puffier. They look so cute on a small table tree as they are mini enough and light weight enough to not overwhelm the small tree.
I made some for my elderly neighbor's tree and she loved them so much I had to make more for her lady friends. |
I just recently got ADDICTED to yo-yos (see my AV?)...lol They are so versatile!

Ooooh, oooooh, oh!!!!
