Hi,

I had some of my grandmother's table runners, doilies, and aprons. I just finished the binding on this particular project.

Not sure if I will use it as a throw or a wall hanging. I have yet to quilt it but unsure if I should or not. Your thoughts are most appreciated!

Monique

Very nice! I am not sure about the quilting either.

I think I'd quilt it. Use the designs, pockets in the apron to echo around. Maybe diamond grid the rest of the apron on the diagonal. Then do something decorative on the rest, something more than just SID.

Very cute! :D:D:D
I would quilt it too, even using it as a wall hanging, the layers may shift and droop after a while if you don't.

Could you add a picture of her or even better one with you and her together? I have never tried it but seen others here that have. I also think quilting it would look really nice.

what a sweet idea! Now you'll be able to wrap her around you when you need her. I would quilt it too, as the others have suggested. You'll be happy you did.

I would quilt it. Just some outlining around the apron and the details. Cross hatch or meandering in the bigger areas. It's really cute. Thanks for sharing.

Welcome from Florida Monique! That is so sweet. I would definately do some quilting on it. I love the idea of putting her picture on it too! Please show it to us when you have finished it! :D

I love these "personal" quilts. I'd suggest quilting it to hold it together better.
