Purple Painted Shoe Pillow

Well, this is my first commission for a pillow. It's going to a posh hairdresser studio called Cache. It will sit on a chair in their dressing room!! It was fun to paint a shoe again!! The outer band is made from my Tiny Tossed Shoes fabric. I still have to sew the buttons on the back and put the pillow in it...

Jeannie that is too cute!!! Oh my gosh I love that. My 1st thought about the tiny Shoe fabric was that it sure would be cute to incorporate in a pillow. Golly you can so many things with this fabric!!!! This is really adorable! The purple & turquoise shoes were my fav. to decorate. The leopard was up there as well. Put topaz stones in ea gold spot and the just sparkle. Used tee tiny stones in that one. That purple shoe though really pulls at me. Love purple! Thanks for sharing this gorgeous pillow.

Congratulations!!! on the commission work.
Wouldn't it be nice to get your "do" done at that salon?? .... and be able to "pet" that painted shoe IRL!!!! I can just imagine the interest and stir for your painted shoe panels that it will create in the salon.
