Here is the quilt Elaine made for the Pheasants Forever Benefit.
The panels are beautiful, and the piecing she has done compliments the quilt.
I used Bending in the Wind and free hand the blocks. We used a poly batting for this quilt. Enjoy.

I used a varigated thread called Woodland. These pictures were taking outside and do not show the color as I would like. My 15 yr old son is holding the quilt, yesterday was a very nippy day here in Wi.

Cat tails and bending leaves, this is before I free handed the pheasant block.

The backing is black, it looks like a whole cloth being a solid backing. I used a varigated thread to give it some motion.
