Default quilt design?

I am making my first quilt as you go quilt. I am doing it a two sided quilt. The blocks below is what will be on both sides. My question is "How should I quilt it?" I have only done hand quilting in the past but want to try machine quilting so it has to be an easy pattern.

I don't see anything but if it's blocks, how about stitch in the ditch? That's fairly simple.

I forgot the picture so I edited the post. I am not sure if stitch in the ditch would look good on a snowball block

i would do an all over panto or meander. sitd and single motifs won't work at the blocks on the front and back are not likely to line up.

A nice big, simple meander would look wonderful!
