Default Quilt for friend with ALS

Promised this friend a quilt several years back. Shame on me for waiting too long. I started it when BOM "Back to Nature" came out. I was gonna make him one as I made mine. As you can see, I only made 2 blocks of his. As his life on this earth comes to an end, I hope this will bring him some joy. Thanks for looking and don't wait to live a happy life !!!!

Oh and design change ... Label is on front because I serged binding on the back side with fusible thread. He will not care at all :-)

Nice job. Even though it's only two blocks, they are both done well. I really like the top part of that quilt.

Perfect and lovely quilt for someone who really needs it. Nice that you got it finished in time. You are so right about not waiting to live a happy life. Life can change on a dime and has recently for several of my friends. So, yes, live, laugh, love, and be happy as much as possible. And like you did, do something nice for someone in need before it's too late. Bless you for that and for reminding all of us too!

The top is a labyrinth based on this quilt a friend & I did for my SIL. I had a lot fun with this one using Pro Stitcher on my HQ Avante. The back looks as good as the front.

The label is too beautiful to be on the back. It's such a beautiful and thoughtful gift.
