It is going to look great. Don't you just love EQ? I just made up the picture for my next project. It is a "Hole in the Barn Door" on point. You can see it under the title "Anne's Next Project".

My grandmother used to make Log Cabin quilts. She always told me that the center square should be red... the hearth ... the center of the home. warm and providing comfort to the home... the logs.. both light and dark .. the good and the bad in life.. EQUAL!! and the many many ways to assemble the blocks represents the many choices we have in life..

I made a scrappy log cabin quilt a few years ago and gave it to DGD friend who has a bad Mom and Grandma and put out by her Dad and Step-Mom to make room for her kids. She loved it so much and was so appreciative. Made me feel real good.
