Thanks to all who said such nice things about the quilt. I am doing the hand quilting in a grid 3", I have almost all lines done one way now. I got the lighthouse fabric at walmart a couple of years ago, the rest at joannes, I looked for a long time for the correct colors to do it in. I have enjoyed making it, and hubby says they will like it.

as much as we enjoy all the frustrations of the whole quilt process, I think the best part is giving it to someone we know will appreciate it.
