    Default Quilt for Kids

completed my first "quilt for kids" quilt. The Chapter in PA sent all the fabric and instructions. I just needed to buy batting and quilt it. They ask that I make a second from my own stash, which I am happy to do. Does anyone know if there is a chapter in Iowa or Nebraska. The postage is so much.... I would rather spend money on fabric than postage next time.

Darling quilt, good job. I understand about the postage. After making some quilts for QFK I decided to concentrate on quilts for local guilds instead. They get distributed in the community, and don't have to be mailed.

Very pretty quilt ! Any child would be very happy to receive it. You might try looking on the internet for an organization in your area.
