It is so pretty and I am sure she approves. I made quilts for her two daughters when she passed away from cancer.

Your quilt is absolutely lovely and ever so special. I know it was comforting to make it and your sewing room is a perfect place to truly enjoy it and bask in the memories. I have two items of clothing that had been favorites for my sister. I really enjoy wearing them and have the opportunity to tell others about the items and my special sister.

It is beautiful: the pattern, fabric and quilting. I am so glad I read your post. Our family just recently lost our precious Angel, Megan...my granddaughter. She was only 15 and had CP. For some reason, I never thought of doing a memory quilt for her. I will be asking my son and daughter-in-law for Megan's T-shirts, when the time is right. Services are Sunday..I guess the lose is too new for me to think that far ahead, so I am extremely grateful for your post. Your guilt will forever hold a place in your heart and bring comfort.

I couldn't have said it any better. I find a lot of items I need on eBay.

What a lovely quilt and great idea. My sister passed away over 3 years ago and I lost my mother last sept. My sister was way to young and it still breaks my heart. I better get started on that quilt.

It is just beautiful and your sister would have loved it. What a great idea to remember a loved one. You are a great sister for doing that.
