My niece Kate asked very nicely for a quilt for her 21st b'day after i had finished making her mother a quilt. How could i refuse!! Such a special occasion to make a quilt.

To be asked to make a quilt for someone who appreciates them is a wonderful gift to the maker, as well. I know your niece is going to love this!

Hi Wendy, what a wonderful gift!

I really love the binding - just jazzes up all the colour - and the added flowers - and how you put her name at the top - all adds up to a very special quilt to be treasured!

Wendy - BRAVO! I love this Sorbet fabric line from Moda so much, I have a stash of it myself. I haven't decided what pattern I'm going to use it for yet. This quilt is fabulous! I especially love the front frame with the flowers and her name and the striped binding! What a special gift for her special B-Day from her special Aunt!
