PamS Yes I had about a gazillion T-shirts. I'd love to have added more, but the quilt would've been huge. It's already 68" x 76"--perfect size for a nap quilt for me.

new2q My family are also T-shirt wearers. What a nice idea for you to offer to make quilts for all of them.

Thank you all for your great comments. I am so proud of DD; she is very creative and comes up with lots of imaginative ideas for both her quilts and mine. She always has great ideas to help me make my quilts unique. She's on this board, so she'll see all your comments.

And the setting she chose is absolutely the most interesting I've every seen. Way to go MOM, you raised a very talented and caring daughter.
