In Minnesota we have a state wide Shop Hop in the early fall. This quilt is made with the blocks we received from each of the shops plus a few more that I made up to finish it off. The official colors were the blues and the white and creams. I felt the reds and browns brought it all alive and really brought out some of the other colors from the center panel. The panel also wasn't one of the "official" shop hop fabrics, but was a wonderful compliment to them.
My sister has a Nolting Fun Quilter and did the wonderful quilting.
I gave this to my Dad today and I think he really liked it! I know I do!

It's a lovely quilt! Your father must be very proud of his very talented daughters.

He has 5 of us :P We all sew, but one of us prefers to do needle work, although she has made at least a couple of quilts too.
