I would never have the courage to tackle something that difficult. The quilt is beautiful and the colors are perfect for it.

Well I am just learning alot myself...But for the centers i used an imbroidery machine that my dad gave me, the hardest part was to get it in the center of the hoop, well that was ok with the manual jog button, I use 4 different patterns for the centers. I never FMQed before so I just tested my machine on a small sample and just moved the fabric all over mostly little circles.

It is really pretty. My husband graduated HS in 1964 and I graduated college in 1964 so that year is special to us.
