    Favorite Fabrics asked the question whether we had ever made a quilted tablecloth. This was the first quilt I had made in nearly 25 years. I have a nice little dark wood table in my kitchen that was getting scratched up, so I made the quilted tablecloth to protect it. This quilt is easy to wash and has held up for over a year on my table and shows no signs of wear at this time except for a little fading of the fabric.

    I wondered about a quilted table cloth. I have a cross stitch that I think would make a better table cloth than a quilt .
