My quilting has been put on hold! :-o I have been doing WEDDING sewing - burlap table runners, decorations, signature blocks, instead of a guest book and flower girl dress for DGD. DD is getting married (2nd) at the end of this month. First I made a 'sample' dress, from the pattern. Then altered it for the flower girl dress

Sample - Party dress

VERY nice. I sew as well as quilt, also. Always like to see sewing projects, too!

Very nice! I'm helping with a wedding too. My newphew's on the 30th. The bride was given a wedding dress. I'm doing the alterations for her. Thank goodness all it needs is to be shortened. Of course, that means about 6 layers need to be shortened lol.

Thank you!

It has been MANY years since I followed a clothes pattern. OMG 5/8" seams are so big! I'll have to readjust back to my nice and small 1/4" quilt seams ;)
