Hmmm.....something to add to my wish list a new digital camera. This old dinosaur is just not cutting it anymore.

Thank you all for the compliments.

Loretta, I believe that star mat is Annie's Choice. I got the pattern off of Quilter's cache. I love making blocks and sometimes don't really know what to do with them. I made up a bunch of those candle mats and I'm taking them to a craft consignment shop that we have in town. See if I can sell them. I got to practice some machine quilting too, as they are small and not hard to manuever in my machine. I usually make 12 inch blocks.

great projects!! I love your log cabin!! I have always liked that block.. you can do so much with that block and depending on which way you position the blocks, each quilt is different. I taught a basic log cabin quilt one time with 12 women. No two women had the same design!!! it was incredible!
