They told me they need bigger than lap quilts for men and women... twin, double or bigger. The pattern you asked about is just a Disappearing 9 Patch. You can find it onlne

We had a house fire many years ago and had nothing left but our kids. We were given two quilts by the ladies of the town...don't know who made them. We still have them and they are getting pretty worn but I can't part with them. They are the most treasured of all my quilts because someone cared enough to help us when we needed it. This was I 1957 so they have worn well. They were quilted by machine randomly, no pattern, made from scraps. You never know what these quilts mean to someone. I have been paying it forward with charity quilts for many years.

Your quilts would make anyone smile and bring comfort to those affected by the weather's temper tantrum.

Both will be beautiful donations and I'm sure the recipients will be thankful of the kind and thoughtful gesture.
