Are you sure you just started quilting? You turn out some gorgeous work. Can't decide which is my favorite - maybe the braid, or maybe the applique, or maybe the totes, but hmmm

I especially love your French Braid. I've never seen one done quite that way. Also the quilt police parked on your quilt. Hope his inspection went well

For those who asked, the pattern for the stained glass french braid is in the book, "French Braid Quilts" by Jane Hardy Miller. Pattern name is "Thanks, Frank." The book shows 3 braids sewn together to make a quilt. I used 1 braid to make wall hangings for either side of my front door. They brighten up the entryway.
