I am taking my FIRST ever Quilting Class at my local LQS (Temple Sew & Quilt Store). WoooooHooooo for me :!: :!:
I AM SOOOOOO EXCITED. I thought that I would share my fabric choices with you all...   I did register and pay for the class, but my fabric did not come from my local LQS. I think I did darn good all by my self. Please let me know whatcha all think... I can't wait for the comments... Thanks for taking a look at my posting.

:-D :-D :-D :-D Have a blessed day. :-D :-D :-D :-D

The blue paisley is my focus fabric & backing fabric. The 3 sets of colors (pink, green, & blue) are for the rail fence blocks. The Dark Blue at lower bottom is for the inner binding.

The medium pink is also going to be for the binding of the quilt.

What a lovely collection you have there. I particularly like the paisley and the greens. Don't forget to show us how you are progressing. Hope you enjoy your class. Happy quilting!

Very pretty! I made a dress out of the paisley years ago, before I was a quilter; wish I had saved the dress and scraps for quilting now that I see what you are doing with it!
