I love stars too & your Friendship Star quilt is AWESOME!! Did you get the pattern from a book? Would appreciate the pattern name if you have it. Thanks.

Mary, your work is outstanding, and I love the range of patterns and colours that you use, from pastels, to mids to BRIGHTS, a whole range in there. Your sampler quilt is very pretty, you have some unusual blocks in there :D

Annmarie - I'm pretty sure I didn't use a pattern for the friendship star. I just made half square triangles and started putting them together. I just decided on a size and went with it. The hardest part is keeping them all straight because they are interlocking stars.

Janw - the red & white one is actually one my grandmother made so I would have no idea the name of it. The 3 on the ladder were my Grandmothers.

Reneebobby - the outdoors one I made for my dh.

Quiltnana - the bright one is from fabrics I bought while visitng our daughter in Panama. I wanted to make one using traditional Panamanian fabric. It's close.

Thanks,
Mary
