Do we need to keep the nice neat pic posted beside our shelves to remind us how it's supposed to look? A good idea that!!! Smilessssssssss

I don't know about others, but I have the very little scraps and crumbs together in one plastic container. Larger ones are sorted into plastic shoe boxes by color. Any that are 1/8th of a yard up to a fat quarter are folded and put in with my fat quarters. At first glance it looks like I've spent a fortune on fat quarters, but really most of them are large scraps and deconstructed pieces of clothing.

That looks amazing. I LOVE neat, but somehow it never stays that way.

I love the way that looks. It always looks so neat when I reorganize but it just doesn't stay that way! LOL

[quote=DonnaB]Finally, I have reorganized all that "stash" so I can see what I have. Used to keep my stash in cardboard boxes with lids, what a pain to find anything.

Just curious - how many boxes did you use to have?
I helped my SIL organize stash today but she keeps hers in totes - seems like they take up a lot of room in the room. I like being able to 'see at a glance' rather that dig through totes. I want your closet.
