As big as the patch is it could almost be a pocket instead--place for greeting cards, etc. that you might pick up and not want "lost". Clever

A pocket patch......fabulous. I am on my way to get my reusable bags out of the trunk of the car right now. Great ideas, love this forum more and more every day, thanks everyone.

Gosh ladies - thanks for the comments. I know of ladies who have made their own bags. But when the bags are .33¢ on sale, you can't beat that price. It's not quilting, but I'm glad I shared my idea with you!

The hardest part is to remember to bring them into the store! Can't seem to get that into my head. LOL

I made several bags years ago before it was the "right" thing to do, so I've learned to just get them to the car ASAP. I still acquire plenty of plastic to use in waste baskets :roll:
