Default reversible runner - March/April 2012

My church secret pal will be getting a set of 6 table runners in December - one side for each month of the year. I already have Nov/Dec that I made last year so I'm really looking forward to having this gift totally finished before December. One can hope anyway!

March - Wildflowers from Moda - leftovers from another project.
April - pattern from McCall's Quick Quilts magazine, p. 60. This is a simple pattern that I know I'll use over and over. Fabric is from a member here - bought a collection of Easter fabric pieces. The white strip is from my collection of strips - when I have just a bit left I cut it into either 1 1/2 or 2 1/2 strips and drape them over a clothes hanger. I LOVE having the strips already cut and ready to go - and in a variety of colors and prints.

Oh - and doesn't EVERYONE have a dinosaur on their cutting table? If not, you might consider getting one.

Love that backing fabric, so bright and cheerful. A fun idea for sure. Peggy

Cute table runner. What would the dinosaur be for? Whatever it is I will probably NEED one. LOL

Grandson was visiting today and the dinosaur landed there. Didn't realize it was watching me sew until I saw it in the picture.
