I got the quilt back and redid 23 blocks. I think the first one was more colorful but this is what the customer sent. So here is the revised quilt. Hope she likes it as I told her I'll only redo it once. I'm not sure she knows what she wants but it is done and will be back on it's way. Thanks for all your advice. I enjoy seeing everyone projects. Bernadette

This is the revised quilt. She sent me a brown western shirt, a solid brown, a brown plaid and a white with pink and grey plaid and a brown and white stripe. Didn't add any color but it looks fine.

First time around, not bright enough and with too many of moms clothes and not enough of dads

I love the second one. Much more colorful. Great work. You did yourself proud.

I like both of versions Bernadette! I guess the top one has more contrast with the solid brown in it, while the other one is "softer". She's bound to like it. :D

I think you did a great job and it was wonderful of you to take it all apart and do it again.

You can't please people who don't know what they want, but both look great from here.

Both would make me happy. I really hope you aren't going to make any more for this person.
